What teh fuck! Bring on the Minority Report vibe! Why not just jail the little cunts before they have the chance actually to do anything!

But jailing them? How reactionary. Why not put them through therapy so that they have no desire to offend? Which of those two courses of action is the least objectionable? (neither)

Better still, give them to Paul McKenna and see if he can reprogram them.

The real nightmare is that someone somewhere in this world is considering genetic modification as the way to stop offenders occuring in the first place.
