Bravo for the Whites! Luckily I get Setanta here in the states and get to watch the playoff matches live.

That kid, Howson (sp?), just a teenager, but that was some mature finishing.

I didn't know it was Irish. That must be why it's so good :-)

I pay $15US monthly for Setanta US and Setanta plus. During the season I get four or five live games per weekend, plus live league playoffs, some live UEFA quarters, semis, same with CL. Fox Soccer carries the rest of them, plus the UEFA Cup final. CL Final and semis are on ESPN.

Not to mention Super 14, Tri-Nations, Gaelic Football, three live AFL games/week and all playoffs, and... well, Rugby League, as though anyone would want to watch that crap...

Seems worth it to me :-)

But to speak of Zen as a skinflint is a bit tight, if you ask me. For anyone who's been on a budget, or worse, on one that fluctuates greatly due to contract income, $300 a year is a lot to commit to entertainment when there are a lot of bills waiting.
