Patriot games
Your country spies on you. The press knows but doesn't tell you because the government asks it not to.What are the values we are fighting for again? Will there turn out to be any right we will not sacrifice to an enemy whose chief aim remains to make us leave them alone?
When we are called on to love our countries, what reason should we have for loving? We are becoming piece by piece like those we are asked to despise, but richer.
