I got a foggy notion

I'm suddenly thinking of the excellent VU song (not the wonderful Paula singing backwards, but the equally wonderful sixties drugsters).
That's because I've noticed the also excellent Absurd Notions has started up again (albeit infrequently - pout). If, like me, you think all comic strips this side of Love and Rockets are bollocks, prepare to change your mind. If you don't love Notions, you need slapping... often.
